South Hill

South Hill will offer modern, sustainable housing for graduate students, married couples and families at the University of Idaho. The development includes 451 total beds — 232 for graduate students and 219 for married and parenting students — to meet a range of housing needs. A commons community center will provide shared spaces for studying, collaboration and social engagement.

South Hill’s sustainable, energy-efficient design reflects the University’s commitment to environmental responsibility and student success, providing residents with affordable, high-quality housing in a vibrant campus community.

Scheduled to open in August 2026, South Hill will provide a welcoming home for graduate and family housing.
